3RG4023-OKBOO-PF克特接近开关是一种毋需与运动部件进行机械接触而可以操作的位置开关,当物体接近开关的感应面到动作距离时,不需要机械接触及施加任何压力即可使开关动作,从而驱动交流或直流电器或给计算机装置提供控制指令。接近开关是种开关型传感器(即无无触点开关),它即有行程开关、微动开关的特性,同时具有传感性能,且动作可靠,,频率响应快,应用寿命长,抗干扰能力强等、并具有防水、防震、等特点。产品有电感式、电容式、霍尔式、交、直流型。
克特接近开关技术指标检测
1.1.动作距离测定;当动作片由正面靠近接近开关的感应面时,使接近开关动作的距离为接近开关的动作距离,测得的数据应在产品的参数范围内。
1.2.释放距离的测定;当动作片由正面离开接近开关的感应面,开关由动作转为释放时,测定动作片离开感应面的距离。
1.3.回差H的测定;动作距离和释放距离之差的值。
1.4.动作频率测定;用调速电机带动胶木圆盘,在圆盘上固定若干钢片,调整开关感应面和动作片间的距离,约为开关动作距离的80%左右,转动圆盘,依次使动作片靠近接近开关,在圆盘主轴上装有测速装置,开关输出信号经整形,接至数字频率计。此时启动电机,逐步提高转速,在转速与动作片的乘积与频率计数相等的条件下,可由频率计直接读出开关的动作频率。
